There's even a supplemental loan calculator for Fannie Mae loans, and a yield maintenance calculator for your use, once you've selected and reviewed one or more of your loans.

You can also review and compare your multifamily property's performance with other projects of similar size within your market.

Reminder....
2011 Year-End Financial Statements, Rent Rolls, and Balance Sheets are due by April 12, 2012. See below for instructions on how to submit.
Electronic submission is available through the website, via fax to Jaime Potter at (818) 880-3313 or via email to multifamilyfinancials@pnc.com.(Microsoft Excel files preferred)
